TSD provides free bidding on steel projects. Just send me PDF files ( Not TIF ) to my Email address at Tsd@BlueXJ.com Or if required I can bid on your projects at your office, If with in San Antonio, Houston or Austin Texas.
My bids will include a list of all items that may need to be detailed. And a counted list of all detail sheets and E-sheets need the job.
We also give a large price discount on redrawing E-sheet if AutoCAD files are provided.
My prices are based on complexity of work, not tonnage. My service is providing needed information and dimensions that provides the location of weldments and holes . So I charge only for that information, that is printed onto the paper and not for the tonnage of steel. Most jobs are done in two or for weeks not including the time the work is awaiting approval. Most job average about $160 per detail sheet.
Included item TSD will provide details of Supports brackets under benches, tables and counter tops. Sidewalk Boxes, Roof openings. Trench drain and Areaway Grating, Sump Pits, Z-purlings Pipe Bollards, TSD also may pick up other items that may only be shown on the architect civil and landscape drawings. Being that it can be welded with 6011 or 7018 welding rods.

Including framing plans, support framing and detail sheets of landings stair stringers and stair rails. The style in which handrails and stairs are detailed changes from shop to shop. And verified field dimension always change the final design. This changes the time it takes for detailing. Making detailing handrails and stairs cost twice as much. Because the work is done twice. So rails and stairs are only detailed in conjunction with a larger job.
Engineer stamp for stair plans can be made available at my cost. Plus 5% for paper work fee |
