Cost of Detailing,... Most job average about $120 ~ $150 per each sheet.
20% Start Up ,.... On all projects to be paid before any work will be started. 40% Payment,..... Due after drawing are sent in for approval review. 40% Payment,..... Due after the steel has been installed.
Bidding For Work,... TSD provides free bidding on steel projects. Just send me PDF files ( Not TIF ) to my Email address at Diego@iiDesign.info We also give a large price discount on redrawing E-sheet if AutoCAD files are provided.
My prices are based on complexity of work, not tonnage. My service is providing needed information and dimensions that provides the location of weldments and holes .
Included Item,.. Supports brackets under benches, and counter tops. Sidewalk Boxes, Roof openings. Trench drain and Areaway Grating, Sump Pits, Z-purlings Pipe Bollards, Steel columns with simpson hangers, TSD also may pick up other items that may only be shown on the architect civil and landscape drawings.
Excluded Item,.. All parts of pre-engineered metal building. Wrought iron fences or gates. Last providing a list of fasteners for other trades. |

Stairways and Stair Rails $200 Per each Detail and or Install Sheet OR $800 ~ $1,000 Per each stairway tower assembly |

Including framing plans, support framing and detail sheets of landings stair stringers and stair rails. The style in which handrails and stairs are detailed changes from shop to shop. And verified field dimension always change the final design. This changes the time it takes for detailing. Making detailing handrails and stairs cost twice as much. Because the work is done twice. So rails and stairs are only detailed in conjunction with a larger job.
Engineer Stamp for stair plans can be made available at my cost. Plus 5% for paper work fee . |
