Additionally I have three years experience as welder using both Mig and Flux-core welding. I know how to use nearly all the fabrication tools. Iron worker, Hydraulic band saw , Acetylene and Plasma cutting torches and Stud welders & Magnetic Drills. Also I have driven many fork lifts and run overhead cranes. My in-shop experience provides me with additional knowledge on how the steel needs to be detailed.
The below Certified Weld is one I did on May of 2008. It is two fillet welds both 3/8 wide x 3" long using dual shield flux core. And it did not brake under a 2 ton bend to brake welding test. |
