Stairways and Stair Rails $200 Per each Detail and or Install Sheet OR $800 ~ $1,000 Per each stairway tower assembly
Including framing plans, support framing and detail sheets of landings stair stringers and stair rails. The style in which handrails and stairs are detailed changes from shop to shop. And verified field dimension always change the final design. This changes the time it takes for detailing. Making detailing handrails and stairs cost twice as much. Because the work is done twice. So rails and stairs are only detailed in conjunction with a larger job.
Engineer Stamp for stair plans can be made available at my cost. Plus 5% for paper work fee
