Just send me PDF files ( Not TIF ) to my Email address at Tsd@BlueXJ.com Or if required I can bid on your stair and rail projects at your office, If with in San Antonio, Houston or Austin Texas. My bids will include a list of all items that to be detailed. And a counted list of all detail sheets and E-sheets need the job.
Cost Per Sheets $200 Stair Plans - will including framing plans, support framing stair stringers and landings designs $160 Rail Plans -will including rail placement plan, 2 & 3 Line rails wallrails and handrails with pickets.
Benefits of Hiring D.S.H. > Engineer stamp for stair plans available at cost. Plus 5% paper work fee > Price discount on redrawing E-sheet if AutoCAD files are provided. > Field surveying is already including in my bid prices.
Steps to Completing Stair Plans 1 - Design sample of stair parts and handrail sent in for Approval Only. 2 - Field surveying for stair openings in all the floor is noted. Along with floor to next floor height dimensions 3 - Information is converted into a full scale cad files to be used as Cad-Model and Install plans. 4 - Stairs parts are extracted form the Cad-Model and made in to single details with shop dims shown 5 - Install plans and shop drawing are sent in for , Re-Approval , Fabrication and last for Installation 6 - Field surveying of installed stair stringers for handrails placement and for accurate fit-up 7 - Cad-Model is updated with new handrail field info from the field 8 - Handrails are detailed completely for shop to Fabricate 9 - Last invoice is based on total number of sheet used. |

Cost of work at the Job Site First two visits inside 100 mile radius of San Antonio are free. Additional visits and trips to other cities inside Texas are priced as shown $6 per hour for travel time and full cost of gas And $16 per hour on jobsite Field work will be invoiced to be paid in full within 7 days of trip. |
