Isuzu Rodeo Steel Bumper Rodeo-FT. PDF This is the design to help make a front bumper to fit 1998 ~ 2001 Rodeo's. It will wrap along the head lights and grill. I designed this bumper to fix my truck after a front end collision with big tree. And at the time I changed the mounting plate & holes Isuzu was using to something different. So you will have to make-up a new mounting plate to bolt to you truck and weld to the bumpers underside. This front bumper will weight in at 55 pounds. and made from angel iron L4x4x1/4.
Isuzu Rodeo Rear Bolting Plate Rear-Bolts. PDF This is a bolting pattern for a rear frame rails on a 1998 ~ 2001 Rodeo. That your Isuzu all ready drilled for something or other. Just weld your bumper to the end of the angle iron. This pattern has holes for (4) 1/2" Diameter bolts and can be made from angel iron L 1 x 2.5 x 3/6 or PL 3/8 x 2.5

Off Road Light Switches 4-Lamps. PDF Lets you flicker off-road lights on and off with the hi/low beam switch. Relayed off the hi-beam wire that go in to one of your headlights. Note 60amp relay for Radio Shack.
Autocad & Fab Shops Autocad drawing files are available on request. / Most good off-road shops should be able to fabricate from the above shop plans. But if not any structural steel fabricator can work from the above plans. Side note I wood have a structural steel shop cut all the steel. And a off road shop to weld and install on to your truck. |
