MAD Steel Software is a collection of small lisp programs that work together to help in detailing structure steel. mostly aided at the Miscellaneous & Architectural steel detailing requirements. This detailing program was custom written to detail miscellaneous steel. With this software one can produce some well designed detail sheets. I have been updating MAD for over five years. MAD can detail ladders, angles frames pipe supports and so on. Along with beams and column. Bracing detailing program coming soon. |

Reducing large autocad files down to a more proper size. The large file size problem is in the "Named Layer Filters" witch is a list of layer filter names in your layer dialog box. I tired the program on a file that was 3,540KB now the same files has been purged down to120KB. That is 96% smaller! Works with acad 2002 and up (Maybe 2000) To run this lisp program at the Autocad command line type appload and then pick the file named makesmall.lsp from your file list and press enter. This program will auto-run after apploading. |

Easily runs keyboard commands with just one press of a key. Zoom in and out with the zoom wheel. and Rapidly pan around your drawing with the side thumb pad. Pick any osnaps just one key press. Along with my additional angle lisp program a user can save up to five different angle onto a pick palm key and recall each angle as one may need that saved angle. And two palm keys will allow you to toggle form one save angle to the next saved angle or even mirror the currant snap angle the other way. |
